Tressa (6).

Meredith started her business, Baby & Belly, in 2018. Empowering Families Through Childbirth: Strong Moms,
Confident Dads, Healthy Babies; it’s what she's truly all about. She wants every birthing person to feel
listened to, respected, and well-supported. She is certified as a childbirth educator (ICCE) and birth doula
